It’s important to note that there is no single set maintenance dose of Mounjaro – it will vary from person to person and will depend on lots of different factors such as lifestyle and side effects. Some people will maintain their goal weight by staying on the strongest dose of Mounjaro that they reached during their treatment plan; others will reduce the strength of their dose until they find a maintenance dose that works for them.

Weight regain can happen if lifestyle changes aren’t in place after stopping GLP-1 medication. That’s why our plan includes weekly WhatsApp check-ins, access to our private Maintenance and Tapering support groups, and the Life After GLP-1s nutrition course – all focused on building sustainable habits to keep the weight off for good.

The Maintenance Dose Plan has a 4-month minimum subscription. This allows us to offer a discounted price of £30 off per order while providing you with the time and support needed to stabilise your weight and build lasting habits. After 4 months, you can cancel anytime.

Yes! Each order, you’ll complete a check-in to confirm how you’re feeling. You can choose to maintain your current dose, reduce it gradually by 2.5mg (tapering), or adjust as needed – always with clinician oversight to make sure it’s safe for you.

Prices start from £149/month for the 2.5mg dose. All maintenance doses receive £30 off per month compared to standard pricing. This makes staying on your preferred dose more affordable, with full access to our support services included.

If you notice changes in your appetite, weight, or symptoms, our clinical team is here to help. You’ll receive personalised advice through your weekly WhatsApp check-ins, with advice on adjusting your dose or revisiting behaviour strategies to get back on track.

Yes! We offer free next day delivery on all Mounjaro orders as part of your Maintenance Dose Plan.

Simply place your order by 2:30 PM Monday to Friday, and your medication will be delivered the next working day in temperature-controlled packaging. Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
